More housing options people can afford. Supporting seniors and residents on fixed incomes and spending responsibly so that every tax dollar counts.
Managing Growth Responsibly
New housing is needed, but roads, sewers, parks, traffic, schools, and other services must be able to handle it. Development should fit the area and improve the community, not simply add pressure to it.
Making City Hall more responsive to residents
Listening before making decisions, returning calls and emails, following through on issues, and giving residents a real voice in decisions that affect their neighbourhoods.
